Learn to Knit - Knitting for Beginners

Description

Learn the absolute basics of knitting and make a washcloth as your first project. Vee will guide you through the fundamentals and build your skills so you will be confident to pick up a knitting pattern and make a start.

In this two and a half hour session you will learn to cast on, knit, purl, cast off and read a knitting pattern. Vee is an excellent tutor who is a life long tutor, she is passionate about sharing her skills. 

All equipment and yarn is included in the course and you will have the pattern and needles to practice at home. You will also receive a cuppa and cake along with a warm welcome and a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
