About Sarah Wilmot Yoga
I love yoga, I love how it feels when I practice yoga and I love how it feels when I teach it.. Like a lot of people, I came to yoga through mental health, I had suffered with depression and anxiety since a child. Even though medication and therapy was helpful I believed there was something else I could do. That’s when I found yoga or you could say when yoga found me! I believe wholeheartedly that our bodies, our minds, our emotions are all so intrinsically linked.
