Ryan is a great Personal Trainer. He always pushes me and motivates me. He’s very attentive, and listens to my requests and needs. Every session is bespoke. I enjoy changing up my workouts and he always has a new challenge for me. I’ve made great progress over the last year training with him and I feel a lot stronger and fitter. And everyone around me has noticed the change too 😀 Thank you Ryan! 🙏

Ryan is an outstanding PT, I would highly recommend! I did a 12 week transformation with him and lost 10% body fat (8kg) during this time, he provided a great training plan, diet advice and monitored my progress throughout to keep me on track. I always look forward to Ryans sessions (rather than dreading the gym), he makes training enjoyable and provides just the right level on motivation, never too much or too little. Ryan has been a great personal trainer for me for the past year. With dedication and Ryan’s coaching I’ve been able to half my body fat, and make some important behavioural changes which have really enhanced my quality of life. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He has a superb body of knowledge and expertise on fitness, so much so, it’s inspired me to become a personal trainer myself! Best trainer ever!!! Ryan has helped so much over the past year. Thanks to his motivational words and energy and the crazy, amazing workouts I didn't think I was capable of achieving, I have lost 20kg (=44lbs). On top of the fat loss, I now feel stronger and more confident in my body and I am so thankful to Ryan for literally changing my life and my habits. I can only recommend him to anyone who is looking for a PT.
