  • Kirsty is a fantastic trainer for me! I have always loved fitness but never had the confidence to commit to weights in a consistent routine. Kirsty reassures me in every session. Each weekly session is fun, engaging and confidence building. I am a 57 year old working lady who had never tried dead lifts before and Kirsty has helped me do them successfully every week! Thank you Kirsty! Would definitely recommend 👌

  • Kirsty is great! You can tell she has a passion for personal training and is always updating her knowledge to give you the best work out. She takes an interest in your journey and offers you non judgemental advice. She listens to your needs and makes sure she tailors the workout to you keeping injuries etc in mind. She has a great private studio will a good quality of equipment. Would definitely recommend!
