Cath has been the big sister I never knew I had. Her knowhow, methods and skills have given me instant results. The nutritional advice she provides has helped me reassess the balance in my diet and her workout ideas compliment this perfectly. It’s been great to track how my body is responding to the planned workouts and I hope to keep improving. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been an avid fan of Cath’s for many years, having enjoyed each and every one of her classes and, latterly, group training sessions. I have never been as fit and/or aware of my body and how it functions at its best, as I am now! You cannot help but be inspired by Cath’s passion, enthusiasm and energy. Brilliant personal training classes!! Cath has helped me improve my fitness and really learn about healthy eating. I've gained so much from her weekly PT classes and now actually really enjoy exercising! One of the things I loved most about her classes was that they were tailored and focused on my particular needs. I have been going to Cath's classes for years, various types of exercises. I think she is the best instructor I have come across, can't think of any that beats her. She is always in a good mood, energetic, motivating and knowledgable. I used to attend her Cardio Flow class on Thursdays at 9.30 in Caversham. It was a great class - low impact, strengthening all muscle groups but maybe focusing on core strength, and those glutes :-) It can ache a couple of days after class! Cath is very good at ...
