I initially started coaching with Rachel for social anxiety and self-esteem. I have found her to be very warm, patient and supportive. I was initially very sceptical of the mindful approach as I'd tried it before without any success but with Rachel's help it has opened me up to being able to experience emotions in a way I never expected. This has helped me understand my mental health problems. In particular I've made huge progress with my alexithymia and it's cured my life long insomnia.
