Our Training design and approach works to improve Retention and Growth and it evolved from our track record of facing and working on the challenges in the Professional Services sector. ​ Founded by two people who share a passion for making a difference to people’s careers. working with over 3,500 people in the last 21 years. One is an owner of a successful, niche law firm, entrepreneur and lecturer for undergraduate, post graduate university and professional courses.The second is a consultant with an obsession on how people tick using behavioural science, growth mindsets applied to business growth. A strategist and trainer who loves a thoughtful approach to people, business development, marketing, finance, training and coaching.
