Description

Book a face to face half day (3.5hrs) of working with anatomically correct fabric people in RSE. We will bring along sets if models to see how you can use them in new and exciting ways. Have the first preview of the newly designed models and hear about what the newly formed Bodysense Education are planning to do!

Aim

To increase the confidence of participants to use anatomically correct fabric people to support RSE delivery for SEND learners

Learning outcomes

By the end of this course participants will have:

Gained understanding of the evidence and rationale for using fabric people/cloth models/dolls in RSE

Explored how to use the fabric people to teach about private body parts, puberty, public and private, consent, touch and masturbation

Developed their skills and confidence in incorporating the fabric people into meaningful RSE
