  • I have been going to Claire's classes for a few months now and always come away refreshed and relaxed. Claire, in combination with the lovely simple space of the Church, make a wonderful haven in which to focus on my own mental and physcal well being, so I feel better prepared with the outside World. Claire encourages but never pushes you to explore the range of options she offers in her classes - so you feel both relaxed and empowered. A special treat even if you are new to yoga.

  • I love doing yoga with Claire - the classes are always enjoyable and as challenging as you want them to be - there are lots of options for different skill levels so it's really inclusive. Claire is an excellent teacher, I always come away from practicing with her feeling relaxed and peaceful, it's one of the highlights of my week.

I have been to various studios and retreats that Claire has run and always leave the class feeling good physically and emotionally.   • Claire is a highly experienced and talented yoga teacher. Her classes are always easy to follow and enjoyable. Claire's unique style is a lovely combination of slow flow yoga and yin. She takes her inspiration from the time of year and the natural world which is really love! You always feel centred and energised after attending one of her sessions.
