This free training course is provided to give you some simple ideas about how to get started with these concepts.
The course is designed for anyone who is working in business to business sales, though I have no doubt that it will help anyone who has to sell, whether to a business, a consumer or just to persuade your partner to do something!
By taking this course, students will learn about:
Trust - why this is so important in sales and how to earn it;
Needs - How to identify your potential customer's needs;
Value - How to understand and articulate the value of what you are selling.
Trust, Needs and Value are the three things that a sales person must establish with any buyer in order to successfully sell to them. This is true whether they are selling shoes or aeroplanes.
They need to earn the trust of their customer, they must be selling a product that the customer needs and they have to demonstrate that the customer will gain value from it. It really is that simple. A lot of people will try to complicate the process or introduce lots of jargon but trust, needs and value are the three keys to a sale.
The course should take about one day to complete. However, each lesson takes about 40-50 minutes depending on the time that it takes to do the exercise. You can take your time completing all of the lessons. They do not all have to be done in one day.
All of the materials are accessed online but you can download all of the exercises so that you can do these any where and at any time.
You have a lifetime access to the course so can always go back and watch the videos and review the exercises again and again.
