  • Did a 4 day professional cooking course here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it enough to any professional chef looking to take their Japanese cooking skills to the next level.

  • I have now done a number of courses with Reiko (as well as getting them as gifts for family members). Each one has been great fun while providing lots of advice and tips on techniques and where to source ingredients/kitchen tools that you don't see in cookbooks. Reiko makes the classes wonderfully interactive, brings people with different levels of ability along together, and is a great host and story teller, making the meal at the end of the class a real pleasure!   • I booked a private sushi and sashimi making class between Christmas and New Year for my family. The 7 of us had an absolutely wonderful time! Reiko was a fabulous instructor, taking us through the basics, answering our questions, demonstrating techniques and helping us prepare some amazing food. The facility was large and bright, each of us had our own space and tools... it was perfect. We're hoping to book another class in the future... we highly recommend!

  • A wonderful introduction to the world of Sushi and Sashimi or a great opportunity to hone your skills. Reiko perfectly blends the 'theory' and importance of individual aspects of sushi making with the practical aspects.   • High five to Chef Reiko Hashimoto! We went for a Sushi & Sashimi class last year. It was a birthday gift for my partner. We loved it! Reiko is a brilliant teacher. Class is conducted at Reiko’s home kitchen which makes the experience more intimate and comfortable.
