Kathryn Laverack is a Certified Chocolate Educator and International Chocolate Judge who founded Cocoa Encounters to share her passion for fine chocolate. Kathryn is qualified to Level 3 in Chocolate Tasting with the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting (IICCT) and is also a teacher on their introductory and Level 1 course and is the Level 2 Course Lead. Through Cocoa Encounters, Kathryn individual and group tutoring, workshops and tasting experiences and will soon be launching an Introduction to Fine Chocolate on demand online course. For primary schools, curriculum-based workshops are available for schools in Lincolnshire.
