Monday evenings 7pm - 9pm ~ Heart of Living Yoga Masterclass for those wishing to drop deeply into a spiritual practice. Two hours of bliss in this beautiful rural retreat setting. We begin by dropping into the Spiritual Heart and close the session with Heart Meditation.

This 2 hour Heart of Living Yoga Masterclass includes a deepening into: ~ Mantra chants; Asana Yoga postures; Heart Meditation; Pranayama Breathwork; Mudras and deep Yoga Nidra ~ bringing us into awareness of our subtle energy body alignment and flow.

This Masterclass is open to experienced Yogis with a minimum of 6 - 12 months of previous practice. (A beginners class is available 5.30pm - 6.30pm beforehand)
* This class is not about standing on your head, but exploring a deep connection through your spiritual heart to our subtle energy body. An invitation to take your Yoga practice to a new level of awarness. Learning to experience deep peace through Yoga, Mantra chanting, Heart Meditation, Pranayama Breathwork and much more.
