A shared lunch is an invitation for everyone to bring a veggie dish for sharing ~ a wonderful community way of coming together and sharing food. 
Teas and Cakes will be provided ~ lunch will be for you all to bring something to share.

The Charity that Harshani has chosen to support is the Daylight Centre in Wellingborough.
They are our local Homeless support, Foodbank & Veggie Box Gardening  

The Daylight Centre Fellowship was established in 1994, registered in 2003 and ever since they have supported disadvantaged and vulnerable adults particularly rough sleepers, vulnerably housed, those in poverty and those who are socially isolated.

As such, they are at the very forefront of social action within Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.

We are so grateful that you have considered us to be a charity that you will be supporting at your charity yoga day in July, we are always in need of the following items:

Sleeping bags
Hats
Gloves
Scarfs
Toiletries
Food produce such as pot noodles, canned produce, jelly, crackers, crisps
Warm clothing such as coats, jumpers, trousers, socks etc

Harshani will welcome you bringing along any additional items as mentioned above ~ which she will deliver to the charity after the event on your behalf.

A Gong Sound Bath is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, 
whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of the Gongs, Shamanic Drums, & Ocean Drum being played. Allowing the sound to flow through you, takes you on a journey of deep relaxation, mentally, physically, emotionally & spiritually; helping with stress relief, fatigue, healing & clearing of negativity in our energy fields. Open to all, newcomers welcome. 

 * What to bring:~ Padded Yoga/Exercise Mat, small pillow for under head, large pillow or bolster for under knees & 2 warm blankets (or duvet), eye pillow & water bottle
 * Please arrive in plenty of time, as we will start on time ~ sorry no late comers allowed after starting & the door is closed, so to avoid disturbing the sound energy in the space.
