Many years ago, Keith was driving home when a very drunk driver travelling down the wrong side of the road smashed into Keith's car. For twenty minutes, Keith was trapped in the vehicle and nobody stopped to offer comfort or help until an off duty nurse and fireman came upon the accident, provided first aid and alerted the EMS.

Inner Circle Training offers professional advanced riding instruction to help riders of all abilities get more enjoyment from their riding. Our courses are designed to take you from just having passed your test to riding at the highest standard possible – RoSPA Gold or IAM Masters. The start-point for your journey to getting the most from your riding is to take the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS) Assessment – this will establish the current level of your riding against the DVSA ERS standard and identify any areas for further improvement. If your riding is already at the ERS standard we will issue you with an official DVSA Certificate of ERS Completion which could qualify you for an insurance discount. If your riding is not yet up to the ERS standard, or you wish to continue to develop your skills, the next step is to take our Advanced Riding Foundation course. This is a combination of Advanced Riding Theory which is delivered through our Online Motorcycle Roadcraft course and practical on-road instruction that brings this theory to life. This course is guaranteed to take your riding to the DVSA Enhanced Rider Scheme standard, and so concludes with the issue of an official DVSA Certificate of ERS Completion. To take your riding up another level, we offer our Advanced Riding Masterclass, which is 2.5 full days of riding and will give you all the skills and knowledge to take your riding to RoSPA Gold or IAM Masters standard. We can even help you organise your RoSPA Advanced Riding Test – as the IAM Masters test is only available to riders who have already passed the IAM Roadsmart Advanced Riding Test. We also offer courses aimed at riders returning to Biking (Back2Biking), riders looking to undertake a motorcycle tour with or without a pillion (Motorcycle Touring Masterclass). As well as our training courses, we also offer our exclusive Advanced Riding Training Tours. These are available to riders of all abilities, but we do ask that you are riding regularly as there is a lot of riding involved! These tours combine riding on some great roads, through spectacular scenery, with high quality individual professional advanced riding instruction. Our Chief Instructor leads all these tours, and as well as being a highly qualified advanced riding instructor, he’s also a professional tour leader for Globebusters, the world’s best adventure riding tour company!

Each trainee can print off their certificate on completion of the inbuilt assessment. The cloud based version of the courses use EasiLearning’s Train and TrackTM system, which gives management a unique weblink so they can track which trainees have passed the assessment and on what date together with a score where this is appropriate. No specialist IT infrastructure is required to make this version of the course work – commission to delivery is usually less than 2 weeks! Some customers already have an LMS and may choose either SCORM 1.2 or 1.3 version to have tracking and reporting done by the LMS. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Loyola University in Maryland in 1997 and 1999 respectively. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed in the state of Maryland. Working in a variety of settings, Maura has served a diverse population, each bringing their own unique strengths and challenges. This includes individuals on the Autism spectrum, individuals with learning disabilities, dyslexia, serious emotional disturbance, down syndrome, cleft palate and cerebral palsy. Dawn started work as an engineer in a nuclear power station and via a route of lead foundry, consultancy and Ford Motor Company came to Stafford to work for Lucas Industries as a Corporate Environmental Health and Safety manager. Dawn has continued to serve some of the ex-Lucas companies throughout their many acquisitions and divestitures, and has also worked as an auditor and trainer for Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the British Safety Council and EEF. She has taught NEBOSH Certificate and Diploma courses and the IEMA Associate Membership course. She is also a mentor for IEMA candidates applying for full membership status. Staffordshire was one of the earliest county associations to be established in the country, being founded in 1939 – prior to outbreak of World War II. Its aim was to facilitate emergency planning during the War, to enable networking, to lobby for PCs and provide legal and other advice to them. In 1947 the National Association of Parish Councils (NALC) was founded (following work done by National Council of Social Service in 1934), which has a team of specialist legal, policy and financial advisors. More than 88% of the 180 parish and town councils in Staffordshire are in membership. The members range from the smallest of parish councils with just a few hundred electors to the largest town councils with tens of thousands of electors. The Association provides training and offers courses on such varied subjects as chairmanship skills, council procedures and accounting and budgeting. It also offers the formal qualification for clerks, the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA). There are 41 County Associations of Local (parish and town) Councils in England and Wales with some 9,500 parish, town and community councils in membership.
