Are you new to teaching? Do you want to start your career as an educator, but are unsure of where to start? Take the first step with our Level 3 Award in Education and Training. This qualification will give you the time to learn and develop your teaching skills, while learning from others who have already been through the process. You'll also develop an understanding of how we learn, teaching styles, assessment and more. The course is nationally recognised and offers a benchmark qualification for adult education. It's an ideal stepping stone towards a Level 4 qualification—and it's a great way to kickstart your career!

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) formerly known as PTLLS, has been designed to introduce teaching for individuals who aspire or currently work in adult education. This includes FE colleges, training providers, workplace training departments and/or Local Authorities. It is a nationally recognised qualification and is also often the preference for employers to source as an accredited train-the-trainer qualification. This qualification includes written assignments and a practical micro-teach session, which can be completed remotely. Online Remote Tutor-led Sessions This version of the course allows you to attend two days of online sessions led by an experienced tutor. Then come back online 2-3 weeks later to deliver your micro-teach session to your peers. Use this gap in time to prepare your micro-teach and complete the written work for the qualification. This allows you to fully complete in as little as 2-3 weeks. The micro-teach date is flexible and you can also enrol for self-study learning if preferred.

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) formerly known as PTLLS, has been designed to introduce teaching for individuals who aspire or currently work in adult education. It is recognised by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as an acceptable qualification to become a CAA certified trainer. This version of the course has been further developed to meet the requirements of the IATA Train the Trainer syllabus with additional aviation related content, our course is aligned with IATA AHM1110 11.2 (GEN10). This course can also be used to meet the standards of IS-BAH IG 8.1.6. This qualification includes three written assignments and a practical micro-teach session. Free online live sessions are also available.

Level 3 SIA Trainer Course is combined of Level 3 Award in Education and Training (former PTLLS) Course, Level 3: Conflict Management Course and Level 3 Award for Physical Intervention Trainers in the Private Security Industry Course. These courses are specifically designed for individuals wishing to become trainers for SIA compliant courses such as: SIA Door Supervision, Security Guarding, CCTV (Public space surveillance), Conflict Management, Vehicle Immobilisation etc courses.
