What is this webinar about? Chronic physical illness is a significant risk factor for psychological symptoms, disorders and self-harm. However, evidence shows that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can improve wellbeing for clients with chronic physical illnesses. This workshop looks at practical aspects of the use of CBT as part of the support and management of chronic physical illness and associated anxiety and depression.
