The HSE recommends you attend the full 3 day First Aid at Work/ blended Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) if more than a month has passed since expiry of you certificate.  Course delivery Blended learning – Online (theory) combined with practical training (classroom) Online 6 hours of theory training based around the theory elements of the course.
