In this workshop we delve into the fascinating world of deep state trance and a variety of trance deepening techniques, with a special focus on the Esdaile state and the beautiful Omni Height modality.

Figurative Sculpture In this day long course we will explore all aspects of creating a life size clay sculpture of a characterful human face. We will also start to explore the creation of a ‘beautiful’ face that you will be able to take home to finish… it can take many hours to complete something as complex. We will be using a special armature unique to the Sculpture Workshop and a wonderfully forgiving specialist clay. We’ll explore how expression and emotion manifest on the face.
