During this 3 hour workshop, you will learn why it is important to detach from work and every day life, which will improve the wellbeing of both your physical and mental health. Y ou will learn some easy and effective methods of relaxation, that can be incorporated into every day life. You will learn of the importance of sleep. Understand that the workshop does not cover all methods of relaxation and methods to detach, and that not all methods of relaxation can be, or will be, suitable for all sufferers of work-related stress. This workshop is aimed at the employed, volunteers and self-employed who want to learn simple ways to ‘switch off’ from work.
