(5-7yrs) The syllabus is based on the ISTD grade however we do also incorporate an imaginative playful approach to the work to keep the Ballet fun. As well as using a range of music from the latest pop songs to great musical theatre songs (old and new!) How does the brain produce dance? What is the impact of dance on the brain? In the workshops I provide the theory in a dynamic fashion, always applying it to practice promoting embodied cognition and equipping dancers with easy-to-apply techniques. In a fast-paced world where we are often disconnected from ourselves, my focus is to use the body as a tool of learning and give the what and the how in a practical and interesting way.

Hip Hop / Street Dance is one of the coolest dance styles out there. From Popping & Locking to Breaking & Lyrical. Within the class the teacher uses the most current music to inspire the children to dance to from modern artists and classic 80s and 90s tracks to give a classic Hip Hop vibe. All tracks are age appropriate. Whether your child is a beginner or a little more advanced, our Street Dance classes are tailored to accommodate and are taught by out friendly, professional dance instructors.
