Naomi supports Women through the Every day and transitional times of life - with Yoga, Massage and Sound practices. She taught her first Yoga class in 2008 and has 1000s of hours of teaching and training experience since then. She passionately specialises in Yoga & Massage for Women's Health - Womb Health, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postnatal &, peri/menopause years. She regularly teaches Yin & Hatha Yoga, Yoga in the Workplace, Children's Yoga and Yoga for Mental Wellbeing. I taught my first Yoga class Yoga in 2008 and founded Yogababe in 2010. I initially trained for 3 years (500 hours) with the British Wheel of Yoga whilst I was pregnant and caring for young children. Naturally I adapted my Yoga style to suit Conception, Pregnancy, Birth and the Postnatal period. I decided to train with with Uma Dinsmore Tuli in Well Woman Yoga Therapy to help me maintain equilibrium both in my personal journey and helping other women. I have now completed many hours of extra study and training since so I can share Yoga practices with you and help you on your journey.. "My Yoga is totally adaptable and changes to suit whatever life brings me - it has helped me through transformative times . I bring adaptability into my teaching - there is always a Yoga practice to be had, whatever life stage you are at - whether physical posture, meditation, pranayama, song..... I was introduced to Yoga as a child, as my mother was also a Yoga teacher. But it wasn't until my early twenties that I rocked up at a random class in London, on my office job lunch break. I began to feel truly at peace and at home in myself on the mat. "I always said, I would train to be a Yoga teacher if I was still unhappy in my office job at 30. In fact, it happened way before that. I spent time in ashrams in India whilst travelling - Auroville, Tamil Nadu and the Sivananda Ashram, Kerala - they both taught me how Yoga can be 'lived' and it became an intrinsic part of my life. After travelling, I started my teacher training course with Elaine Fletcher and i haven't looked back. Having children transformed my practice and helped me find solace and interest in the subtler Yoga practices. Stronger postures often felt 'not quite right' especially when my body felt like it was giving up, suffering from pelvic & back issues, fatigue & postnatal depression. I learnt a lot at that time and now I am passionate in adapting Yoga practices to suit every body and mind. I actively promote mental health and wellbeing as well as developing self-awareness. Over the years I have taught classes in numerous gyms, and Schools, and collaborated with organisations such as MIND, MS Society, CoastNet, NE Essex Primary Care Trust and Barnardos.... "My personally practice changes every day according to my needs. I love a bit of Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Nidra when i'm feeling exhausted....'

Lottie has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching for 10 years. She is a 500 hour registered teacher, holds the Yoga Campus Teacher Training Diploma and is accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga. Lottie has trained with some world-renowned teachers and and her classes draw upon the various styles she has been taught including Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Sivananda. She teaches Yin Yoga and Flow Yoga for mixed abilities and beginners classes with sequences that can be modified to make them more/less challenging depending on the student’s level. She includes asanas (poses) for strength and flexibility with a focus on alignment, pranayama (breathing) exercises to calm the mind, meditation to cultivate inner awareness and relaxation to allow the body and mind to rest and rejuvenate. Lottie enjoys bringing her yoga practice to the local community and she believes that yoga is for everyone. Her classes will leave you feeling energised yet calmer. A regular yoga practice ensures a healthy mind and body. What brought me to Yoga and why I do it? I was looking to improve my flexibility and to aid relaxation. Like many people I wondered what to expect at my first class, but I was hooked from the beginning and came away feeling calmer and more energised, ready to take on life. It brought me an hour of calm in my day. I was eager to learn the asanas (poses) and their Sanskrit names (classic language of ancient India), the breathing exercises and always savoured resting in Corpse pose (Savasana) at the end of class. I then decided to explore yoga in more depth, learn about the philosophy and anatomy and to teach yoga to others, so I enrolled on the Diploma course with Yogacampus where I was taught by some truly inspiring yoga teachers including Lisa Sanfilippo, Jo Manuel, Katrina Repka, Liz Lark, Aadil Palkhivala, Doug Keller and Dr. Ruth Gilmore. For me yoga gives me energy and focus, makes me smile, and keeps me grounded in everyday life. Even when it is challenging I love it and it makes me seek out more. Every day I arrive on my mat I have a new experience and that is great!

Enjoy the art of life drawing and yoga during this artistic relaxation class in London for beginners. If like us, you find yourself having to choose between being healthy or creative, then this workshop is the perfect option for you. You'll enjoy a combination of relaxation, stretching, and the opportunity to artistically express yourself all at the same time. Not only that, but it's also something fun and different to enjoy with friends and like-minded people. Life drawing and yoga go hand in hand as they are both therapeutic and tranquil. As you focus on the movements and techniques, that both life drawing and yoga provide, you leave your troubles behind. In this combined workshop you will: - Relax and stretch in a calm creative environment, whilst fellow guests observe the interesting shapes yoga can provide. - Draw from observation of a live yoga model (your fellow guests) using yoga shapes to help you. It's all about shorter drawings and overcoming the 'fear of the blank page'! - Feel refreshed, creative, and be able to take home a series of beautiful drawings. No yoga or creative skills are needed, our friendly hosts will guide you step-by-step through the experience with demonstrations and examples and adapt to suit your personal needs.  We will supply everything you need including a matt. But if you want to bring your own you can. Please wear comfortable clothes. How will it work?  For half the class you will be a yogi and for the other half of the class you will be an artist Everyone in the class will be modelling and drawing each other. On arrival you can decide whether you want to be the yogi or the artist first but either way you are going to experience both.  Yoga: We've designed simple yoga poses most people can achieve and are perfect for drawing. Yogi Annie will take you through a series of stretching exercises for 35mins. She will demonstrate each pose, give you plenty of rest between movements and adapt the pose to suit your needs.  Life drawing: You’ll be taken on a journey of drawing exercises with artist Klara. Whilst drawing the yogi models, for 35mins we will explore different tools such as pencil or charcoal and drawing techniques such as continuous line and blind drawing. These contemporary drawing exercises are perfect for beginners and accomplished artists we are here to support you with examples and demonstrations but you'll have creative freedom so you can be as abstract or as detailed as you like. At the end of the class, we will do some constructive rest and exhibit our drawings and you’ll leave relaxed and stretched and feel creative & healthy and display your drawing at home.  Supporting you on your journey: Artist Klara revived her love of interpreting the human form 5 years ago, through the respected Dulwich Art Group. Over the last year she has taken on her first couple of commissions, and enjoys being part of the lively Instagram artist community as @the.pomegranate.art Yogi Annie has been practicing yoga for 10yrs. She gained her training for Vinyasa Flow in 2018 and has since furthered her teaching skills with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Her own practice is with other teachers including Restorative & Iyengar which help with her teaching skills.
