I am really passionate about the Zumba Gold® program. I strongly believe that Zumba® classes are for EVERYONE!!!! Zumba Gold® is a modified Zumba® class that is lower-intensity and lower impact so it is safe yet still effective. It is perfect for older active adults, beginners, those requiring modification due to illness or injury and anyone wanting a lower impact less intense Zumba® class. Participants of every age and fitness level are welcome to join one of my classes and party at their OWN pace. This class focuses on all elements of fitness - cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Not only is Zumba Gold® a great way to get active, it is also a great way to meet new people and make lifetime friends. It is a very friendly culture in my classes. I try to organise social events outside of class so we can all get to know each other better.

Since retiring from Netball, I had to find something to keep me fit and and help others to get fit, bring exercise & fitness to everyone, proving no matter what age you are, or ability - everyone can keep active and have fun. So Welcome to Berni Wyse Fit!! I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2012 at the age of 44 and proved to myself anything is achievable. Also qualified in Fitness Pilates & Circuits and a huge variety of other classes. My goal is to keeping you active and to help with your wellness.
