Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) defines a controlled environment as a quiet, appropriate space conducive to the undertaking of a remotely invigilated exam. The space, as described above, must meet these requirements throughout the entire duration of the exam. If the exam conditions requirements are not met, the exam may be voided. If, for any reason, you are unable to undertake the exam in a space that meets these requirements, you should inform your training provider/recognised centre at the earliest opportunity and arrange your exam at a time when these conditions can be met.
