This qualification is for tutors, trainers, or assessors, who are new into their role and looking for development of teaching, training and assessment skills. The qualification is made up of a range of units which can be adapted to any learning and development role, so, whether you are working with groups or individuals; delivering training in classrooms, in the workplace or online; planning training sessions or developing resources, units can be combined to suit your role and career objectives. This qualification is an expansion of the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification; it also contains the Assessor units for anyone looking to become a qualified assessor. This qualification is delivered though monthly workshops and mentoring visits from our Learning Advisor, who will support and advise you to develop your knowledge and skills in learning and development. You will also carry out self study and develop training sessions and materials. The course takes between 9-15 months to complete. You will be able to: Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive teaching and training sessions Adapt training and assessment to meet learners’ individual needs Facilitate learning one to one or in groups Have the option to complete the Assessor qualification as part of the course Use reflective practice to improve on your training and assessment skills Access funding for this qualification as part of an Apprenticeship programme *eligibility criteria apply Further Information To access the apprenticeship funding you must: Be new into role within the last 12 months (and be able to provide a contract with your start date in the role) Complete Essential Skills in Communication, Application of Number and Digital Literacy (or provide GCSE Certificates to be exempt). The EVI Training course is a Welsh Government-funded initiative designed for local authority officers involved in the planning, coordination and delivery of public electric vehicle infrastructure.  This course is for Welsh local authorities and public sector workers only and is not open to the public.  This comprehensive course delves into the crucial facets of electric vehicle infrastructure (EVI), equipping participants with indispensable insights and expertise essential for navigating the dynamic landscape of electric vehicle infrastructure.  Across the ten weeks, learners will cover electric vehicles (EVs) and charging technology, stakeholders, strategy, procurement, deployment and operations, empowering participants to facilitate effective EV infrastructure rollout. Participants will gain essential knowledge and skills for EVI deployment, fostering consistency and knowledge sharing across local authorities, ultimately supporting the transition to EV. / Learner Testimonial:  The EVI Training course has been invaluable in improving my knowledge and confidence in EVI deployment. We work with adults with learning disabilities, their parents and the people who work with them. Sparc provide training sessions on friendships, relationships and sex so that adults with learning disabilities become more confident with dating and relationships. This training day for North Wales workforce is based on our experience so far in delivering this work, and what we have been told by the learning disability and/or autistic communities about how they would prefer to be supported Become a workplace champion in supporting the rights and opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and or autism to have happy and healthy friendships, romantic relationships and sex. This workshop is free of charge for practitioners within or supporting individuals living in CONWY COUNTY, funded by the North Wales Transformation Project for Seamless Services and UK Government Levelling Up Fund We invite enthusiastic representatives from workplaces across the region to join take part in this one day event focused on exploring and removing barriers faced by adults with learning disabilities and autism in forming and maintaining positive friendships and romantic relationships. Er bod y cwrs hwn yn rhad ac am ddim byddwn yn codi ffi weinyddol os bydd lleoedd yn cael eu canslo’n hwyr, fel a ganlyn: Peidio â rhoi gwybod na fyddwch yn mynychu- £50, Llai na 48 awr o rybudd na fyddwch yn mynychu £30, Llai na 1 wythnos o rybudd na fyddwch yn mynychu £25. Drwy gofrestru ar y cwrs byddwch yn cytuno â’r costau hyn am ganslo hwyr neu beidio â mynychu.
