Are you interested in learning how to make polymer clay jewellery? Join us for a fun and informative workshop that will teach you everything you need to know about conditioning the clay, texturing, cutting, shaping the clay, forming and moulding. You'll create a range of finished jewellery pieces that you can take home with you afterwards. This is a great way to learn some new skills and explore a wide variety of style and techniques that are easy enough for beginners but also have room for more advanced learners!

Owners Maintenance Courses are ran on the first Tuesday of every month (subject to availability) and are designed for those who want to gain a very basic understanding of grooming and maintaining their own dog between professional grooming appointments. You will need to bring along your own dog to work on for the day. The course will cover: Correct and safe grooming procedures prior to bathing Safe and pain-free matt removal using appropriate products, tools and equipment Correct and safe bathing and drying techniques Nail and ear care How to safely maintain your dog’s coat between their salon visits. Students will receive all course materials and it is recommended that students bring along a camera for before and after photographs as well as pens, high-lighters and notepads.

Our Induction Days ran on the first Wednesday of every month (subject to availability) and are a pre-requisite to all of our longer courses. The day is designed for those who want to gain a basic understanding of what our longer courses entail and/or are trying to establish if a career in dog grooming is for them. The cost of this day is deducted from one of the longer course of your choice. THE COURSE WILL COVER Health and safety induction and UK Animal Welfare Legislation Handling and correct lifting techniques Preparing and grooming dogs prior to bathing Bathe and clean dogs Drying dogs and preparing their coat for styling Nail and ear care Finishing and styling demonstration by a stylist Students will receive all course materials and it is recommended that students bring along a camera for before and after photographs as well as pens, high-lighters and notepads.

Our Acrylgel is very easy to file. - Stable as acrylic, flexible as a gel. - Quick and easy application, max. saving of time.This course will take you through the application procedure, ‘French Pink and White’ techniques, sculpting with forms and maintenance procedure, including aftercare advice. THE REQUIREMENTS Salon attire must be worn during the course. Student must have clean nail without enhancements and long hair tied back. To ensure maximum practice, students will be required to work on each other throughout the day or on own hands. What you will learn: Sarah will be sharing her skills of upcycling with you on this workshop and helping you transform a drab piece into something creative and desirable, having fun along the way in this relaxed workshop for any level! The perfect Mother's Day gift! The workshop covers painting and decoupage and we teach a further creative technique of "how to make your piece yours" and alternative inspiration and techniques will be discussed throughout the two days. A picture of your chosen piece and wallpaper will need to be emailed to us latest 5 days before the start of the workshop. You will need to bring: - A small chosen piece of furniture. - Wallpaper or a poster to decoupage with. - Please Bring your own mask ( one spare).
