This qualification is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety in any workplace. This includes managers, supervisors, team leaders, fire wardens (marshals) and staff working in any area where there is a potential risk of fire.
The aim of this programme is to provide current / prospective senior project managers with an in-depth review of the role and importance of project management in the organisation. It focuses on the strategic role of the project manager and aims to draw out the full scope of the role and how it impacts on project performance. Continuous Improvement Managing for Growth sets the framework for continuous improvement by transferring skills and knowledge enabling your team leaders to translate organisational strategies into real, measurable outcomes. Format Designed for groups of up to 6 people, the programme is spread over 4 months with the first 7 sessions being held every 2 weeks and the final session a month later. Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.
