This professional one-day massage course is designed for the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, scalp and finishing with the face whilst the client remains seated in an upright position. ⭐ This is a 10-week online course for toddlers (13-24months) and their parents/carers. Baby signing can benefit ANY family with a baby or toddler. Clear communication can especially reduce frustrations for families with toddlers, helping you avoid some of the toddler turbulence🌪️ before it begins.

This lovely gentle introduction to baby signing uses songs, rhymes and gentle games to help you build the framework for good communication with your baby; good eye contact, gestures and body language, facial expressions and more. Over the course you'll learn some basic signs to begin using at home as well as some songs and activities to try with your baby throughout the week.

Healing Circles are not the same as "women’s circles" or the gatherings that have become more common in recent times. In traditional shamanic cultures, healing took place within the entire tribe rather than just in one-on-one sessions. Shamanic yoga is not an exercise of the body, but a mystical, esoteric and initiatory healing practice that is distinguished by two characteristics; the first is ecstasy, the ability to communicate with the invisible, regaining the state of non-duality that is the typical goal of the yogin’s path. Ecstasy is not achieved by hypnosis or drugs or external means, but by means of instruments such as the drum, the breath and is not the trance of the medium. The shaman does not speak through the voice of spirits but draws knowledge directly from them. The second characteristic is the ability to bring back through narration or storytelling what has been grasped in the invisible worlds, during the shamanic journey, and to convince the matter to transform into reality what is told.
