<div dir="auto">Giulia Drummond a singer-songwriter from Brazil based in Edinburgh. Her project is called Magical Music, and she also teaches singing in a very magical approach.</div>
<div dir="auto">Giulia&rsquo;s teaching draws on music from different roots &ndash; not only from Brazil and other South American countries, but also Celtic, Indian, Hebrew, Romani, Sefardi, amongst others. She also integrates sounds from nature, the animals, the wind, water, in a way to show that sound carries healing and even magical properties, a knowledge that has been explored by many ancient cultures.</div>
<div dir="auto">Giulia has a degree in Psychology and has worked in mental health for nine years, so she approaches music and singing not only as a performative activity, but also therapeutic.</div>
<div dir="auto">The idea is to find your own voice, surrendering to the flow of the body and notice how the body wants to sing. With breathing and vocal exercises you will develop a heightened awareness of your voice and how the whole body can assist in your singing.</div>

We believe that trainers should not lecture their learners but instead use our tools to engage, interest, and even challenge them, making them inquisitive about the learning and able to reason out the new SKU to keep their brains engaged.
Our three to five-day course compares the lecture-based delivery that most trainers use to deliver their training to our Engagement Methodology and explains why it is significantly better for learning and retention.
We use the same session structure in our methodology to deliver these courses. Our CET structure is not rigid but rather adaptable to the dynamic situations trainers often find themselves in, especially when time is tight. This flexibility empowers trainers to deliver effective training regardless of the circumstances.
We discuss why question techniques are an incredibly powerful tool in the art of engaging our learners, and we look at when we should use specific techniques and even when we should not. We give time to practice this key skill, but please note that the three-day course has limited time for this crucial practice. The three-day version of this course is designed exclusively for experienced trainers, recognising their expertise and the experience they have acquired. Including inexperienced trainers is unfair to them or others on their course.
A comprehensive course manual (100+ pages) is supplied and used throughout the course to ensure attendees can find their way around and ask questions as they wish.

People whose primary role is not training but will deliver training occasionally - 2 days.
Why? If you want your trainers to deliver engaging training that helps their attendees learn and retain new skills, knowledge, and understanding (SKU), then ensure they have been given the proper training to do just that.
Show your clients that you have invested in your trainers by ensuring they are all certified to deliver training and that their delivery is monitored and assessed to maintain those standards.
If you expect high standards of training in your organisation and given to your clients, then ensure you have the tools to do that and the ability for your senior trainers to assess their peers to ensure the consistency of quality, the monitoring of standards and the continuous development of all your trainers and facilitators.

Attendees deliver their final mini sessions. We record them (HD). We offer one-on-one feedback. We chat as a group.
Course delivery and venue
When you consider the content we deliver, we are sure you will understand why we always prefer to deliver our workshops, courses and programmes face-to-face.
Face-to-face workshops and courses can be held at a location of your choice or, if you wish, a central UK location, such as the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, located directly across from the Birmingham New Street train station.
We can deliver our workshops, courses and programmes online, although this will mean splitting elements into manageable learning events to suit the online environment.
The three-day course is split into two parts. The first two days are together, then the third day a week (or more) later. This gives attendees time to plan, prepare and practice before delivering their final recorded sessions.
The five-day course is not required to be split as practice time is built into the 4th day. However, if it suits organisations better, we can accommodate a split between the fourth and fifth days.

Minimum number no refund policy
To ensure we can always pay our creatives a fair fee, we require a minimum number of bookings for each workshop and for this reason bookings are non-refundable. Should we have to cancel due to low numbers, we will offer you the option to swap to an alternative date or workshop, or to request a refund.
We do our very best to avoid cancellations. Since we often get late bookings, we keep our workshops on sale for as long as possible. We realise that some of you travel from afar, so if you book a space and have not yet received an email confirming your workshop is going ahead and need to make plans for your trip, please get in touch before booking any travel or accommodation so we can update you on booking numbers. This Emotional Intelligence based course covers aspects of training, facilitation, question techniques, time management, people skills, assertiveness and communication.The first day builds on what attendees have already experienced and asks the more experienced attendees to share some of their experiences with the group. This Emotional intelligence-based course covers aspects of training, facilitation, question techniques, time management, people skills, assertiveness, and communication.
The first day builds on what attendees have already experienced and asks the more experienced attendees to share some of their experiences with the group. These are useful to discuss real issues.
On day two, we round off the discussions by lunchtime and the afternoon is spent planning the final session to be facilitated the next day. Our facilitator guides and coaches in the afternoon and will also be available during the evening for phone calls.
On the third day, everyone delivers their mini-coaching session (following our coaching template) while managing their fellow delegates who act as learners in the learning centre.
