Giving both the ability and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies and common childhood illnesses. It meets the standards required to help comply with Ofsted regulations.

The main subject areas of the course are: Good practice in asbestos removal or remediation Asbestos Removal Control Plans Air sampling for asbestos Enclosures, clearance air monitoring and reporting

The Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) represents the third level examination of the “Cambridge in English for Speakers of Other Languages” classification and it is equivalent to a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level from the Common Framework for European languages. FCE Exam Registration The FCE exams are held on a monthly basis, and if interested, Castleforbes College will provide you with all the necessary information and preparation for the exam. All FCE exams are arranged in external certified centres located in Dublin.

Motivational Interviewing Introductory & Refresher 2-day In-person CPD training workshop Thursday 13th and Friday 14th February 2025 his 2-day workshop will be of interest to people in diverse settings and circumstances where conversations about change are an everyday reality. A wide range of learning methods are used to create an enjoyable atmosphere for learning and sharing ideas. These will include demonstration, video observation, brief content lectures, discussion, and focused practice. It is an introduction to Motivational Interviewing for some participants and a refresher for those people who have attended MI training previously.
