Overview Appreciative Inquiry is a form of action research that collects people’s stories of best practices. We can use these best practices as a way to initiate organisational change. A radically different approach is needed. This course presents an approach to project management which capitalizes on the most appropriate elements of each method tailored to the specific project being undertaken.
