Missy is a yoga teacher who specialises in Vinyaysa flow. Her passion for yoga began when she practised on a weekly basis while studying her acting degree at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. She returned to yoga in a bigger way when she started running marathon races in 2023 as it helped with her post run recovery. While reconnecting with yoga she found a new passion for the philosophy aspect, and discovered that The 8 Limbed Path of Yoga and Sutra 2.1 has been incredible for the soul and has realigned her with her life purpose. The introduction to Chakra healing has also been a calming and peaceful addition to her life. With a brand new love of yoga and its lifestyle benefits, Missy studied her 200 hour yoga teacher training to hopefully help others. Her mission is for her students to leave her class feeling a ‘new sense of being’ or ‘self power’ as she believes there is so much opportunity in this world and yoga gives us the self belief, motivation and mindset to grab life with both hands.
