Try horse riding with the experienced volunteer staff at Cobbes Meadow Riding for the Disabled Centre. Candlers Way, Chartham, Canterbury CT4 7TU, UK 30th July & 6th August Sessions throughout the day from 10am The horse riding experience though the woods will last 45 minutes.(approx) There will also be games and activities provided for children before and after the ride. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch. You will be emailed a form that needs to be completed within 3 days of booking please.

This presentation will cover assessment of patients and selection of procedures and a brief overview of procedures available plus of course how to refer. Dr Marley, is a consultant in Palliative Medicine based in Woodlands Hospice, Aintree. She underwent Palliative Medicine Specialty Training in the Mersey region and has worked in many of the hospices in this area. Her day to day roles include medical lead for IMPaCT North, Education co-lead for LUHFT and Palliative Medicine lead for the Joint Pain and Palliative Care Service in conjunction with the Walton Centre.
