Enjoy a total package to nourish mind, body and soul… 💗Stretch out your body with some gentle slow flow Yoga 💗Learn powerful techniques for helping release stress/anxiety/depression, relaxing and toning your nervous system 💗Indulge mindfully in a cup of blissful ceremonial grade Cacao** (like hot chocolate, but high in alkaloids & nutrients to enhance feelings of wellbeing and happiness) 💗Deeply relax for a Nidra guided mediation (with crystals), using light coded music to attune with your higher self; activating deeper healings and awakenings We will end the evening with some gluten free treats and tea; with time to connect with others, pick some oracle cards if you wish, or just ‘be’ with yourself in gentle contemplation. I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Infant Massage Instructor; my passion is holistic health. I have enjoyed working in the health industry since 2002. As an Iyengar Yoga Instructor I aim to inspire people to become more disciplined, enabling them to acquire improved fitness for mind, body and soul. Yoga has scientifically proven benefits to general overall health. As a Meditation Teacher I will help you reduce tension and explore the mind, body connection through simple guided relaxation techniques that will help you release stress and bring you into the present moment. A great way to charge up the body and calm the mind enabling you to have a clear and focused mind... just like pressing your 'refresh' button! As a Reiki Practitioner I also help people look after their inner health and well-being. Well-being is a balance of a harmonious mind, body and soul and I would like the opportunity to help you focus inwards which leads to samadhi, the state of bliss. As an Infant Massage Instructor I teach parents about the physical, emotional and mental health benefits of baby massage. The massage routine is simple to master and involves different styles of touch, movement, interaction and communication. A lovely way for both parent and baby to feel happy and relaxed.
