Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient healing system of Ayurveda and has been practised in India for thousands of years. Usually performed while the client is seated, this popular massage takes around 45 to 60 minutes and works on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face to help ease a variety of stress-related conditions and relieve muscular tension. It’s simple to learn, highly effective and makes a great accompaniment to other therapies such as body massage, aromatherapy and Reiki.

Inner Alchemy Day Retreat will be focussed on opening your heart up to more of which you yearn for… more fun, joy, adventure, excitement, love and anything else your heart desires!

A fantastic opportunity to train in an ancient modality of treatment that science has now proven. You will be taught about the causes of disease, plant medicine, spiritual healing and Shamanic journeying. You will be encouraged to establish connections with your spirit guide helpers. There will be support for you in developing your own business and providing training for those you train. Lunch and refreshments all included.
