37 Reiki courses

Reiki level 1, is the beginners level. Even at this level, you have access to Reiki energy and the ability to use Reiki energy to heal yourself and others. Level 1 is open to anyone. The focus during Level 1 is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy; you will receive full ongoing support to ensure you feel fully confident and consistent in your practice. I believe this means more practitioners will continue to use reiki daily, rather than be attuned and then never use it again.

Reiki Level 1 Degree - Shoden A full day of learning about Reiki and Reiki energy with Reiki Master Monica. This day will include: ✨ The History of Reiki ✨ An opening meditation to call in the Reiki energy  ✨ Self healing hand positions  ✨ Grounding & Protection techniques and lots more  ✨ Finishing with an attunement and a closing meditation. A brochure and a certificate will be provided. In Level 1 the emphasis is on self healing. You will receive four attunements to help you remember that you are, and always have been Reiki. You will be taught the five principles to assist you in keeping mindfulness and setting the intention. You will be given the first symbol, Cho Ku Rei.

Bring the vibration of the drum into your Reiki Practice.

In Level 2 you will be shown the Reiki symbols Sei Hay Ki for emotional and mental healing and Hon sha ze sho nen to use for distant healing. You will receive another attunement.

The Reiki Master Teacher training is usually undertaken by students for whom Reiki is now a way of life and who feel ready to become Reiki teachers themselves. This course revisits and deepens aspects of the Master Practitioner Course, and includes the learning and practice of Japanese empowerment, also teaching tips. You will learn how to organize and run Reiki training, manuals, and some essential business skills.
