Would you know what to do if a child in your care needed first aid?  The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework requires all early years providers in England to have at least one person who has a current and full paediatric first aid certificate on the premises and available at all times when children are present. Basic Life Support Qualification Four Hours Cost:  £40 + vat per person A maximum of 12 students can be accommodated on this course, and all candidates must be a minimum of 14 years of age to qualify. SYLLABUS This regulated Level 2 Basic Life Support qualification will give learners the skills, knowledge and practical competence to administer First Aid until Professional Medical help arrives. It is particularly suitable for healthcare professionals for the purpose of Continual Professional Development (CPD.
