Facilitation Skills for Business Analysts: In-House Training This course is part of IIL's Business Analysis Certificate Program (BACP), a program designed to help prepare individuals pass the IIBA® Certification exam to become a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP™). Business analysts are communicators who bridge the gap between people with business needs and knowledge and the people who will provide solutions. The QA Level 3 Award in Administering Emergency Medical Gases (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who have a responsibility for providing treatment to patients who need medical gases administering in prehospital environments. During this 1 day course, candidates will learn how to safely administer emergency oxygen, pre-operational inspections for oxygen therapy equipment and the clinical need for oxygen therapy when dealing with a range of conditions. Successful candidates will leave with the skills, knowledge and competencies needed to safely administer prompt and effective medical gases in an emergency situation.

The QA Level 2 Award in Principles and Practice of Moving People Safely (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who work, or intend to work, in a role that involves assisting and moving people.  This 1 day course provides candidates with a clear understanding of the principles of moving people safely and includes the opportunity to practise and apply these principles in a variety of situations; individually, in a team, and with the assistance of equipment.  Candidates will leave the course with the knowledge and skills required to move people safely whilst ensuring that the risk of personal harm is reduced and that health and dignity are retained.
