An introduction to Lino Printmaking is a half-day course designed to give a basic outline of the medium to newcomers. The course will give students an outline of the materials used and how the process works, from creating an image, through transferring it onto Lino and then producing the prints themselves.

1 TO 1 WORKSHOP £95.00 Are you looking for advice and learning in a personal way? Do you want to have someone just for you to help you develop a project? We have a team of experienced technicians who can assist you and guide you with your project. This workshop is a session when you can get to ask and do whatever you want. Ideal for people with a clear idea of what they want to get from a workshop. We offer a 1 to 1 workshop on paper printing, fabric printing and t-shirt printing, from beginners to intermediate level.   Please, take into consideration that 1to1 for project support would include some added cost, but you will still need to supply your own fabrics and inks. Check with us what would be included or not in your 1to1 before booking to avoid disappointment.   The workshop would be 4 hours and it can be booked from Monday to Friday, depending on availability.   We will need at least one week notice to make sure we have someone available for the date you need, the earlier you can book the better to avoid disappointment. 1 DAY T-SHIRT PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to t-shirt screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print some t-shirts with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4pm with a 1 hour break for lunch. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll cover ink mixing and the process of setting up the t-shirt carousel ready for printing. When the screens are dry and colours are chosen everyone will have a go at printing their t-shirts. 1 DAY FABRIC PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to fabric screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print some tea towels or cushion covers with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4:00pm (subject to class size) with a 30 min break for lunch. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll decide on colours and select print pastes and go through the process of setting up the fabric tables ready for printing. When the screens are dry everyone will have a go at printing their fabric. Each person will walk away with 1 metre of fabric printed with their own 1 or 2 colour design. 1 DAY PAPER PRINTING WORKSHOP £75.00 The perfect introduction to paper screen printing, our beginner workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning the complete screen printing process or simply looking to print an edition with their own design for a special occasion. The sessions will run from 10am – 4pm with a 1 hour break for lunch, a great opportunity to sample one of the many food kiosks located on levels 5 and 6 of the building. The day will be split as follows: Morning After a short intro into the studio and the process you’ll guided through how to coat and expose your design onto your screen. Afternoon After lunch we’ll cover ink mixing and the process of setting up the paper bed ready for printing.
