This course is suitable for all. You will learn how to make your own egg tempera paint from natural pigments and produce your own 10 x 12 " painting. All materials are included in the price but please bring old clothes/apron.

Learn an ancient technique, used by the Romans. It is very low tech and wonderful items of jewellery with a professional finish can be produced in a few hours. Students make moulds in plaster or cuttlefish to their own designs, then lead free pewter is poured into the moulds using hand gravity casting. The moulds can be reused to make pendants, earrings, brooches, keyrings and fridge magnets.

One day hands-on courses to make a willow reindeer for the home and garden. Participants are shown how to weave with dried willow using a variety of weaving techniques.

We have a team of experienced technicians who can assist you and guide you with your project. This workshop is a session when you can get to ask and do whatever you want. Ideal for people with a clear idea of what they want to get from a workshop. We offer a 1 to 1 workshop on paper printing, fabric printing and t-shirt printing, from beginners to intermediate level.   Please, take into consideration that 1to1 for project support would include some added cost, but you will still need to supply your own fabrics and inks. Check with us what would be included or not in your 1to1 before booking to avoid disappointment.   The workshop would be 4 hours and it can be booked from Monday to Friday, depending on availability.   We will need at least one week notice to make sure we have someone available for the date you need, the earlier you can book the better to avoid disappointment. Sterling Silver Bangle Workshop For Complete Beginners. A day to learn some basic silver jewellery making techniques and create your own bangles. Learn to use basic tools and techniques to form and texture, hammered or waved bangles to completion. Going home with beautifuly finished items of jewellery. The ticket price covers the cost of tuition and all precious and non precious practice materials. Whilst soldering experience is not necessary, a basic understanding of soldering and forming metal would be advantageous, enabling you more time to focus on your design. However, we practice simple soldering techniques, for those with little or no experience. To ensure that all abilities are catered for. On the day you will design and make gorgeous sterling silver bangles. You will be guided through a variety of techniques. You can choose from a variety of designs to make two bangles. You can choose to make hammered textures, using small specialised hammers. Twisted wire bangles. Waved or plain round bangles or a combination of two designs. If you wish, these can be joined together with a large jump ring. Price includes all precious materials, practice materials & instruction. We also include light refreshments of hot and cold drinks with plenty of cake and biscuits throughout the day. Please note, this ticket is your deposit and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
