A choir for People from the Global Majority to find community in song. Led by Aisha Ali (they/them), all songs will be taught by ear so no need to know how to read music. Songs will be in a variety of languages and sessions will be playful. We'll start every session with a grounding. This is a an Anti-Racist and solidarity space, rooted in joy.  When? 1st Sat of every month starting 6th April Where? Bristol Old Vic  What time? 3-5pm!!!! Learn simple breathing and vocal techniques to reduce stress and anxiety in the body, boost the immune system, and build connections for general wellbeing. We play with sound, rhythm and improvisation, learn close vocal harmony arrangements of different genres, and have loads of fun! Come and enjoy the incredible benefits singing in a group has on mental and physical health, and be part of this wonderful growing community. Everyone is welcome!

Our experienced trainer will provide competence assessment for the whole day. You need to book clients in for ear irrigation and you need a minimum number of clients which we will discuss with you upon booking.  If travel is required within a 25 miles radius we will charge travel expenses on top of the fee we charge.
