About Ben Gibson: Ben Gibson is the Postgraduate Course Leader here at CFS, as well as a producer and consultant. He’s recently worked with Ecole Louis Lumiere, Paris and Studios La Victorine, Nice and on projects with Raoul Peck (Director of, I Am Not Your Negro). In the past Ben has worked as an independent producer and Head of Production at the British Film Institute. He has also co-managed The Other Cinema/Metro Pictures, operating London’s Metro Cinema. As well as this, he has been on-stage host for the Berlinale, a dramaturg, a theatre director, a repertory film programmer, a film critic and a journalist. This is one not to be missed!  Please note: this course starts on Monday the 19th of August at 10am UK/1pm UAE. It runs for 4 consecutive days: Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd at 10am UK each day, for one hour.  If you cannot attend a lesson for any reason, Lauren will record it and send you a link to watch the session via the Zoom cloud.
