In this Advanced Bridal Hair and Makeup Course you are taught 20+ Bridal Makeup Looks and 37+ Bridal Hairstyles with scope to creating more than 50 makeup looks and more than 50 hairstyles. This course is suitable for beginners (no experience required) and professionals wishing to update their existing knowledge and skills and add new ones. The course is accredited by the Guild of Beauty Therapists, one of the largest trade bodies in the beauty industry. Accredited certificates help to obtain liability insurance, discounts (upto 35%) from makeup brands, and access to specialised hairstyling products through trade only companies. Many other teaching establishments pass off pictures as students work whereas the tutor or helper usually do all the hairstyling, and dupatta and jewellery setting themselves, and the student only does the makeup, and in some instances makeup by the student is done on only half the face, whereas the tutor has done makeup on the other half. The version of the Rewind Technique you will learn on this 2-day course was refined by Joe Griffin and Ivan Tyrrell, co-founders of the human givens approach, to make it as reliably effective and safe as is possible by aligning the method with their insights into how trauma and phobias are processed in the brain. HG Therapists now follow a specific Rewind Protocol which follows the essential steps of the process that Griffin and Tyrrell set out. About this Training Course This 3 full-day course will provide a comprehensive understanding of the various types of transformer maintenance including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, total productive maintenance, condition-based maintenance, proactive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance. All the expected problems in dry and oil-filled transformers will be discussed in detail. All the diagnostics, troubleshooting and maintenance required to ensure adequate operation of transformers will be covered thoroughly. This course will focus on maximizing the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of all types of transformers by providing an understanding of all commissioning requirements, repair and refurbishment methods of transformers. He was previously involved in research on power generation equipment with Atomic Energy of Canada Limited at their Chalk River and Whiteshell Nuclear Research Laboratories. While working at OPG, he acted as a Training Manager, Engineering Supervisor, System Responsible Engineer and Design Engineer. During the period of time, he worked as a Field Engineer and Design Engineer, he was responsible for the operation, maintenance, diagnostics, and testing of gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, motors, transformers, inverters, valves, pumps, compressors, instrumentation and control systems. Further, his responsibilities included designing, engineering, diagnosing equipment problems and recommending solutions to repair deficiencies and improve system performance, supervising engineers, setting up preventive maintenance programs, writing Operating and Design Manuals, and commissioning new equipment. Later, he worked as the manager of a section dedicated to providing training for the staff at the power stations. The training provided by him covered in detail the various equipment and systems used in power stations. In addition, he has taught courses and seminars to more than four thousand working engineers and professionals around the world, specifically Europe and North America. He has been consistently ranked as 'Excellent' or 'Very Good' by the delegates who attended his seminars and lectures. He written 5 books for working engineers from which 3 have been published by McGraw-Hill, New York.
