Effectively Leading, Managing, Working With Millennials

By IIL Europe Ltd

Effectively Leading, Managing, Working With Millennials Based on Karl's forthcoming book, this talk will focus on the how the worldview of Millennials is considerably different than that of Boomers or Generation X. In the U.S. and many other countries, Millennials are now more than half our workforce and are getting into middle management or higher roles. We need to understand them and how to lead/manage in the way they want to be worked with. By understanding their worldview or mindset, we can better understand where they are coming from and how to work more effectively with them. This talk provides six key messages on how to be a better manager/leader for Millennials. This and other IIL Learning in Minutes presentations qualify for PDUs. Some titles, such as Agile-related topics may qualify for other continuing education credits such as SEUs, or CEUs. Each professional development activity yields one PDU for one hour spent engaged in the activity. Some limitations apply and can be found in the Ways to Earn PDUs section that discusses PDU activities and associated policies. Fractions of PDUs may also be reported. The smallest increment of a PDU that can be reported is 0.25. This means that if you spent 15 minutes participating in a qualifying PDU activity, you may report 0.25 PDU. If you spend 30 minutes in a qualifying PDU activity, you may report 0.50 PDU.

Nine Guidelines to Successfully Executing Portfolio Management in Your Organization

By IIL Europe Ltd

Nine Guidelines to Successfully Executing Portfolio Management in Your Organization Nine guidelines for successful implementation of portfolio management, or enhancement of your organization´s existing portfolio management process, are presented in this video Implementing portfolio management is a difficult culture change. Everyone enjoys pursuing their own 'pet' projects that they believe will make a difference, but what about other peoples' projects? The importance of portfolio management must be communicated in order for it to be embraced and implemented, and change needs to be managed strategically as we optimize our organization's portfolio: programs, projects, and operational activities. This video presents nine guidelines for the successful implementation of portfolio management or enhancement of your organization's existing portfolio management process. This and other IIL Learning in Minutes presentations qualify for PDUs. Some titles, such as Agile-related topics may qualify for other continuing education credits such as SEUs, or CEUs. By IIL Europe Ltd

Agile: The One Bandwagon You May Want to Jump on! Bandwagons, you gotta love 'em. When something's hot, everyone wants in! And this is the case with Agile, a framework for getting stuff done with some pretty impressive results.Think Agile is just for software? Think again. Think Agile is new? Ha, it's been around for years! Think Agile is just another Silver Bullet for the IT folks? Wrong. It's being used in marketing, hardware development, sales, and many other applications. In this presentation, LeRoy will describe what Agile is, how and when it's used, and the benefits it offers to those who muster up enough gumption to turn the traditional notion of project management on its head. This and other IIL Learning in Minutes presentations qualify for PDUs. Some titles, such as Agile-related topics may qualify for other continuing education credits such as SEUs, or CEUs. Reflexology Course

3.5(2)

By Elearncollege

Description Reflexology Diploma Reflexology is an early practice rooted in the idea of pressure and touch with the aim to benefit overworked and stressed people. Foot reflexology is particularly helpful in bringing deep relaxation to the body and with all its intricate bones and sensors, becomes a microcosm for the rest of the body. Reflexology increases blood circulation and helps in complete stress reduction of the body that gets tired after long hours of work. Reflexology by paying attention to the minor details of human anatomy aims to target the main reason for a problem rather than the symptoms. Reflexology was seen as a faux science. However, scientific enquiry has revealed the connection of the foot with the rest of the body. Reflexology was used by doctors in the 19th and 20th centuries. In recent times doctors in Europe and Asia prescribe reflexology techniques alongside existing medicines. The Reflexology Diploma Course throws light on different stress reduction techniques and relaxation methods that can reach all parts of your body. Weight loss is another topic that Reflexology covers. This course is recommended not only for reflexologists and therapists but to anyone who is curious and thoughtful enough to understand the interesting field of reflexology. What you will learn 1: Touch 2: Understanding Reflexology 3: Reflexology in the Past and Present 4: Myths of Reflexology 5: Reflexology Charts and Photos 6: Reflexology Basic Massage Techniques 7: Reflexology and Stress Relief 8: Reflexology and Weight Loss 9: Reflexology and Sexuality 10: Reflexology and Other Disciplines Course Outcomes After completing the course, you will receive a diploma certificate and an academic transcript from Elearn college. Assessment Each unit concludes with a multiple-choice examination. This exercise will help you recall the major aspects covered in the unit and help you ensure that you have not missed anything important in the unit. The results are readily available, which will help you see your mistakes and look at the topic once again. If the result is satisfactory, it is a green light for you to proceed to the next chapter. Accreditation Elearn College is a registered Ed-tech company under the UK Register of Learning( Ref No:10062668). After completing a course, you will be able to download the certificate and the transcript of the course from the website. For the learners who require a hard copy of the certificate and transcript, we will post it for them for an additional charge.
