Open to anyone who has been to me for training, either 4 week basic course or the loose lead & recall workshops and understand how I encourage you to communicate with your dogs. We will continue to build on the basics - lead work around distractions, walking to heel off lead, recall, sit stay, impulse control, and manners around other dogs at a distance. Practising 'leave it' and 'drop' at a distance and going on group walks. If you have attended an introductory class with me, or your dog already has basic manners and you are ready to continue practising, this is the course for you

A Health & Safety Executive Approved course that complies with First Aid Regulations 1981. This is a refresher course for those that have previously attended and passed the First Aid At Work Course and now need to renew their certification. Who Should Attend? How To Paint & Upholster Furniture Course Workshop Description  You have asked us if you can come along to ReVamp Boutique and transform a chair using paint and reupholster its drop in seat ( or very similar) with fabric. So yes! You now can! You will be using traditional upholstering techniques on your chair. painting your chair using colours from Sophie James Décor which are included in the workshop and can be selected on the day as we stock their whole range. All tools, paint and other upholstery materials will be available and provided as part of the course. Although you will be working on your own piece throughout the day, alternative inspiration and techniques will be discussed. A fun, relaxed workshop for any level!  You will have a transformed piece to take home with you. You will need to bring: A chair with a drop in seat Your chosen upholstery fabric A picture of your chosen chair and upholstery fabric will need to be emailed to us latest 5 days before the start of the workshop What's Included: A light lunch & tea and coffee will be provided on this One Day Workshop. Course Information Who should attend? This course is for people renewing an existing Level 3 First Aid at Work certificate. My certificate has expired! You can attend with an expired certificate although the HSE recommends you attend the full 3 day First Aid at Work/ blended Level 3 First Aid at Work (RQF) if more than a month has passed since expiry.  Requalification courses are fast paced and you should ensure that you choose the correct course for your needs and level of competence to ensure successful completion. Course delivery Blended learning – Online (theory) combined with practical training (classroom) Online 6 hours of theory training based around the theory elements of the course. Located between Canterbury and Ashford, join us on the beautiful Kent Downs for this introductory 1 day basket weaving course. Our hunter-gatherer ancestors were particularly skilled at making baskets using a host of different materials for a wide range of uses, from purely practical to ceremonial. We’ve put together this basket weaving course for anyone who would like to learn this fabulous skill. This day course will look at the ancient craft of willow basketry. You will be introduced to the materials and tools required and then be guided through the process to make your own round, handled, willow basket. About us and the venue: Jack Raven Bushcraft was founded in 2011 and we've been delivering bushcraft, craft and foraging courses since then from our 30 acre private ancient woodland on the Kent Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Courses in the summer are held outdoors in our woodland camp complete with covered work areas, an outdoor kitchen and a composting loo. Courses in the winter are held in our workshop in a converted barn. Through the day we will also look at: - Alternative weaves such as randing and wailing - How to make oval and rectangular shaped baskets - Different border designs, - Collecting and preparing your own materials from the hedgerow. Time permitting we will also explore other methods of basketry such as coiled and rubbed baskets. What's included in the price? We will provide all tools and materials as well as a plentiful supply of tea and coffee.
