We are often called in where a business has significant challenges and have previously worked with other organisations who have failed to deliver the results required. One organisation we worked with had brought in three consultancies over the last 5 years and each time the consultants failed to listen to the needs of the organisation and tried to implement strategies they wanted to without addressing or agreeing on the objectives required.
