Duration 1 Day Course Overview This course prepares mentees to actively engage in the mentoring process that supports their development. It provides mentees with insights into the mentoring program structure, expectations of mentors and mentees, and strategies to maximise their learning and development outcomes. This course is designed by highly qualified learning design experts, assisted and guided by a Doctoral & Masters level leadership team. Working closely with subject matter leaders with extensive domain experience, this course is built on sound academic rigour and applied real world experience. Run in a cohort-based, activity-led format, it goes beyond theory to provide practical methods and frameworks that you can immediately apply in your workplace. His CX consultancy journey began in 2001 working with clients in the fitness and education sectors. Using an adaptation of the SERVQUAL methodology, he and his team have worked with clients in the charity, quality assurance, construction and cutout sectors (including ISG). Quentin also mentors entrepreneurs, senior marketers and corporate executives. He also chairs a number of ‘mastermind’ groups.  Brands represented include Shell, Asahi, Reuters and St James’s Place Welsh Management.
