This accredited Three-Day Qualification will give the participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982. The Certificate is valid for 3 years and will expire from the date on the certificate. The course provides professional training in acupuncture, diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine that prepares students for modern professional life. It combines theory and practice to ensure that students are proficient in traditional Chinese medicine and Acupuncture, as well as adequately versed in modern Western medical sciences,. Emphasis is placed on developing students as competent and confident therapists with a caring and compassionate attitude. The course is run on a part-time basis over a period of two years. Classes are held over 10 3-day weekends per year.
