A 2-day deep-dive workshop on RADAR and how to use it as an agile project performance framework.
The essential course for anyone wanting to learn more about the RADAR logic and how to build a continuous improvement culture and mindset across your whole organisation.
 
Who is it for?
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to understand the RADAR logic and how it can be used to make their organisation more effective.
Whilst this training is effective as a stand-alone course; it is also a Level 1 option for anyone considering one of the EFQM qualification routes as a way of progressing their management development and career.

The EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner training provides core knowledge about the RADAR Logic. In some cases, the training will have fulfilled an individual's learning needs. In many cases, the individual will want to consolidate their learning by applying the theory to a practical task. We encourage you to apply RADAR to a practical, work-based project, and we provide guidance on how to approach and complete your project. 
 
Completion of the RADAR Performance Improvement Project also allows you to progress to one of the advanced EFQM qualification programmes: EFQM Performance Improvement Leader, EFQM Assessor or EFQM Organisational Change Leader.
 
EFQM Performance Improvement Leader
If you successfully complete the EFQM Performance Improvement Practitioner training and the subsequent project, you are invited to apply for the EFQM Performance Improvement Leader assessment. You will be guided and coached by an EFQM trainer and asked to present your project to the EFQM expert panel. Here you will answer questions about how you applied the RADAR logic and principles (we provide participants with templates for running the project, as well as a high-level mid-term review). You will also receive feedback on how to improve and maximise the use of RADAR for future endeavours.

Qualification delivery

The qualification has 4 assigned guided learning hours (GLH) and 5 hours total qualification time (TQT). GLH indicates the number of classroom contact hours that the learner will undertake. TQT includes GLH but also takes into account any unsupervised learning and is an estimate of how long the average learner will take to complete the qualification.

The minimum classroom contact time of 4 hours should be delivered over a minimum of half a day. The course can be spread over a maximum of 2 weeks, ensuring that each session is a minimum of two hours.

The class ratio for this qualification is a maximum of 16 learners to 1 Trainer/Assessor

About the CourseLearn &amp; master coaching tools and skills that help teams and systems, address intangible hurdles which lead to a lack of trust, conflict, unskillful communication and tribalism, towards teams/systems which are more collaborative &amp; aligned whilst at work and at home.&nbsp; The Fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching is a two-day course&nbsp;for coaching teams, as well as partnerships, families, and wider organisations, at the heart of which is&nbsp;Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI&trade;).&nbsp; During this course, you will gain insights into how to utilise RSI to address some of the common challenges that often afflict professional and personal relationships. Each system or team possesses a unique identity, complete with its own personality, intelligence, and information that go beyond the individual components within it.Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) operates across three distinctive tiers: the individual system (where we navigate our inner voices), the dyadic or pair system, and expansive large group systems. Each of these tiers forms a crucial leg of the relationship systems coaching framework. These are additional learning opportunities we provide for free on top of your training dates. May 2025 Fundamentals Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching Training

This session will combine knowledge as well as practical interactive scenarios to work through to assist delegates in evaluating themselves to identify areas they might need to improve on.

How do you create a culture of compliance
What good systems, policies and procedures look like
Easy tips on what, where and how you should be looking
Target Audience
This online course is suitable for those new to the COFA role, those supporting the COFA and for those that would like a refresher of the role and their responsibilities.

An information pack including the course slides, scenarios and suggested answers will be provided to all delegates, which may be useful for ongoing reference.

Sarah Charlton, Consultant, DG Legal
Sarah has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants. Her career spans over 35 years working within the legal sector, fulfilling roles from COFA through to CEO. During her career she has worked with a number of legal regulators, professional bodies and government organisations. Sarah has been a member of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management throughout her career, qualifying as a Fellow member in 2005. Sarah also served as chairperson between 2010-2012 and continues to serve as an Executive Council Member.
