The most effective projects use storylines that promote integration and excellence. The most successful project leaders are able to harness the power of stories to build and maintain a strong team, focus on core values, ensure effective reviews, and openly address risk. This session will consider the use of stories for project success, and suggest the most effective leaders are skilled at the art of story. This and other IIL Learning in Minutes presentations qualify for PDUs. Some titles, such as Agile-related topics may qualify for other continuing education credits such as SEUs, or CEUs. Each professional development activity yields one PDU for one hour spent engaged in the activity.
